Q: How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate , you'll be able to enter an email address for the recipient. You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like. You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Caring for your Tari

To clean your Tari, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Tari in the washing machine or dryer.

Is the Tari Waterproof?

It’s not. But the Tari’s full-grain leather upper can be treated to provide water resistance.

Applying a leather conditioner or wax treatment, such as a natural beeswax, can help make the upper water-resistant.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Too narrow

Shoot, sometimes I wish I didn't have such wide feet. I could make the Tari shoes work, but I have to take out the inner sole and wear super thin socks. It feels like I'm walking on the inner edge of my foot. Sadly, I must return these. For reference, I'm normally size 7.5 and 7.5 would be perfect in these shoes, sans width issue. My dad has bunions, and so I guess wider feet run in the family.

Zero shoes are awesome

I absolutely enjoy Tari shoes they fit perfectly and are easy to put on. I have had many issues with other brand of shoes especially when I had plantar fasciitis. It was these zero shoes that corrected all my problems. I have bought many pairs for different situations. I’m so greatful for all your good service and well built shoes. It’s all I ever wear. Generally good but could be improved

Bought the black ones and use them for work but they aren't as dressy as I hoped. Wish these came water proofed and with a polished option. One of the side latches broke after only a month or so. The boots are comfortable and roomy.
